- The main goals of our group were to: Help raise support and increase
community awareness about the operations and benefits of the Community
Help Center.

- Mobilized members of the
community to help with multiple food drives, in order help restock the
Help Centers dwindling supply of non-perishable food items.

- Held a fundraiser, in conjunction with Miller Tanner and Associates, at
their new offices on Lebanon Rd. Other sponsors of the event were
artist; Scott Harris, Dr. John Tate and Signature Jewelers. The one
night event generated over $1,200 for the Help Center.

- Created to help raise awareness of the Wilson County Community Help
Center.
- The Mt. Juliet High School student news team was instrumental in helping
direct, record, and edit the PSA.
- The public service announcement will help people identify ways they can
help their neighbors in Wilson County.

- Our group developed a tri-fold brochure to be used in soliciting funds,
raising awareness, and informing the public of store hours and needs.
- “Give it here, keep it here” was the focal point of the brochure to help
Wilson County residents understand that: 100% of their donations stay in
Wilson County, and are used
“only” to help their Wilson
County neighbors in need.

- The future of the Wilson County Community Help Center is in the hands of
the caring citizens of Wilson County.
- We proposed some renovation ideas for the team at the Community Help
Center. The proposal would
increase privacy for the customers and would help with the traffic flow
in the store.

- This coupon can be distributed from the Lebanon Democrat and Wilson Post
in packages given to garage sale and yard sale participants.
- Reminder to give whatever you don’t sell to the Community Help Center.

- To help in future advertising for the Help Center we developed a
newspaper ad that can be run throughout the year.
